As an Engagement Manager at CodeScience, you will have a critical role in our clients’ success. Working primarily with our Enterprise accounts, you will manage the day to day performance of your project team - sometimes across multiple workstreams. You will have an opportunity to establish deep insight into your clients’ business goals so you can partner with them to build a successful product roadmap that will help them achieve their vision. Diplomacy is key as an Engagement Manager, as you strive to successfully navigate many different stakeholders’ visions and requirements, while balancing scope, budget and resources. This role is a the right fit for a seasoned consultant looking to take on technical, industry and business challenges.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for project and customer success
  • Communicate clearly to a variety of audiences from C-level to product owner to developer to brand new user
  • Establish deep relationships with customers to understand and manage to desired business outcomes
  • Manage and collaborate with consultants, product owners, and clients across multiple project teams.
  • Optimize project plans and resource utilization across all workstreams to deliver maximized value and our clients
  • Identify, mitigate and manage risks..
  • Assist with pre-sales activities and Account Management strategy planning for key customers and new logos.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the CodeScience’s delivery methodology.
  • Lead project teams in developing and managing project plans, scope and budget while ensuring CodeScience quality standards.
  • Coach and mentor Jr. level resources.
  • Drive decision making and team consensus to achieve customer and project KPIs.

  • 7+ years professional experience
  • 3+ years consulting experience with enterprise level clients
  • 2+ years of project management
  • Experience with business process definitions, refactoring and best practices
  • Expertise in writing user stories to capture business requirements
  • Understanding of key concepts for user centered design and design thinking
  • Experience working in an Agile organization or working with an Agile framework
  • Strong client and project team management ability
  • Some Force.com platform knowledge and hands on expertise
